Education Programs

The Wildlife Haven Education Team can provide your group with an experience developed to meet your needs. Our wide range of programs promotes respect for wildlife and the environment. Our skilled speakers and live, non-releasable Wildlife Ambassadors provide education programs for people of all ages at schools, campgrounds, daycares, festivals, company events, conferences, indoor and outdoor locations and rural and city centres.

Hawk&Owl

The Wildlife Haven operates under a permit to provide life-long care for each of the live animals which join our education team. We currently have two native owl species, a native falcon species, and a native hawk species represented in our Ambassador program. These are animals that could not be released to their natural habitat due to imprinting, or permanent injury. Each Ambassador has a story to tell, and a lesson to teach about how we interact with our wildlife neighbours.

Hawk&Owl

All programs include a special visit from one or more of our Wildlife Ambassadors. Income from our education programs directly supports the animals and the rehabilitation efforts of the Wildlife Haven.
